Datalex announces certification on the new IATA Airline Retailing Maturity Index
Datalex is pleased to announce the company’s placement on the IATA Airline Retailing Maturity Index (ARM) launched at the IATA Digital Data & Retailing Symposium in Madrid in October. Datalex is among the first companies to be certified as a system provider on the ARM index, which further validates the range and depth of the company’s NDC product capabilities and Datalex’s commitment to a future of One Order.
Through the Airline Retailing Maturity index, IATA is supplementing its three initiatives of NDC, ONE Order and Settlement with Order. These were previously stand-alone and separate programmes, whereas the ARM index is a holistic certification process. The ARM index is more transparent about the scope of retailing services a particular solution has to offer the airline.
